POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the supervision and management of N9NE front of the house operations including, but not limited to food, beverage and service quality; interviewing, scheduling and training. ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS: • Food and Beverage Operations - Ensures that the highest quality food, beverage, service, sanitation and safety standards are maintained. - Works scheduled shifts and fulfills shift duties. - Assumes responsibility for management of staff, customer interaction and show quality of restaurant at all times. - Responsible for non-food purchasing and staff scheduling in a consistent and timely manner. - Assumes line tasting on shift basis to ensure highest levels of food and beverage quality is maintained. • Human Resources - Conducts first interviews, develops, coaches and evaluates front of the house staff. - Assists in all front of the house training, development and education. • General & Administrative - Accountable for compliance with all company policies and guidelines. - Responsible for maintaining non-food ordering budget guidelines. - Accountable for maintaining all standardized company systems and controls.
