Dude Ranch in Tennessee
We are seeking a line/prep cook for our hospitality department. The job entails helping to cook and prep meals and supervision of waitstaff and housekeeping. Cooking part means preping meals and cooking meals according to the ranch recipes, and would also include having to manage 1 day a week as the lead cook when head cook is off. Supervision of waitstaff and housekeeping includes managing performance of the staff to full successful completion of each task, including hands on when needed and including full participation on Sundays the turn over day. Dude Ranch hospitality staffs are expected to multi-task since all meals are served family style which leaves time in the day to complete other tasks mentioned above. All employess work a 6 day week. Payroll is semi-monthly and tip pools are earned and paid out in a contractual arrangement.
