• 3+ years as an Executive Housekeeper in a 300+ room hotel (minimum size)
• Ability to communicate with, guide, motivate and inspire a diverse staff of primarily entry-level associates
• Solid computer skills including the ability to create forecasts, audit payroll hours and dollars, track purchases
• Upscale Full-Service and Hilton Branded Hotel Experience preferred
